A Burger Cart That Became a Movement
In 2019, Alex Rivera set up a modest food cart at the corner of Main and Third Street with one simple obsession: the perfect smash burger. Using techniques learned in high-end kitchens, Alex applied restaurant-level craft to street food.
The lines started forming on day one and never stopped. Within six months, the cart had earned a cult following and coverage in every major food publication in the city.
In 2021, Burger Forge opened its first brick-and-mortar location. Today, we serve hundreds of guests daily while staying true to the same obsessive focus on quality that started it all.
